Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Jakarta and Kalimantan.
Set up and implement HR policies and procedures
Establish a performance driven culture and facilitate succession planning program
Handle manpower planning and on time recruitment activities
Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities and bridging networking with industry players
Provide benchmark of best HR practices in the plantation industry
Requirements:
Male / Female
Hold Bachelor Degree in Law/Social Science/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field is required
Proven exposure to people development policies & practices
Communicate effectively within and outside the organization, and must possess excellent proficiency in English and be computer literate
Experience in counseling and coaching
Excellent presentation skills including report writing and communication skills
Preferred age between 25 – 35 years
Willing to be Located in Kalimantan
